Managing Director George Stein, founder of Commodity Talent LLC, came from Whitney Group, a financial services recruitment company where he set up and ran the commodities search practice until the firm’s demise in October.

Before that, he was a prize-winning journalist with Bloomberg News, covering energy, mergers and acquisitions, Wall Street firms and insurance, and New York Bureau Chief at Platts Oilgram News.
